Assigning Field Service Task to Group Resource

Hi,

We have requirement as below

A single task has to be assigned to a Group and that should trigger creation of child tasks for the members under that group.

Do we have any OOB functionality to acheive the same.

We tried the below

We created a planned task that are longer than shifts, and assigned the same to a group resource.

But, while assigning, child tasks are created based on the shift duration and the child task is assigned to the same group resource as of parent task.

Eg;

Created a task with planned effort as 40 hrs and assigned to a group resource (containing 5 members) having general shift duration of 8 hrs.
