Customer Search DQM

We enabled DQM searching for providing the ability to search a Customer by Site Number.

After enabling DQM , The customer wanted the Advance Search page to contain all the fields that were present during "non-DQM".

We are not able to map search columns for Customer Class", "Account Type", "Contact First Name", "Contact Last Name", "Address Line 2".

Also, field like "Customer Category" which has a lookup search enabled during "non-DQM" , is missing this feature to search using lookup.

Any inputs welcome. Thanks in advance.
