OIE: Spreadsheet import not uploading detail values.

I have created a new expense type in Internet Expense.  I have added the expense type to the Expense Type to the Expense Report Template.  I have created 5 additional detail fields to be captured with this expense type by adding the fields under Payables/Fields/Segments (Payables = Application and Title = Expense Report Line).  To do this I had to unfreeze/Freeze the flexfields and recompile.  I also updated the offline excel template with the new expense type and detail fields (DFF's).  We then bounced the Apache Server.  When I go to test today I find that I can enter an
