Autovue print quality reduced within Citrix

We have an issue where certain PDF docs are lower resolution when viewing, and appears to be worse with Citrix users, to a point where portions of some docs are unreadable.  We can correct this by turning on Anti-Alias, however when printing, the anti-alias setting does not appear to be in effect.  This is reflected in both print preview and the final result.  Are there any settings we're missing that would allow anti alias to apply to the printed version?
