file from Siebsrvr/webmaster not copied into Sweapp/public/enu

Hello,after re-installation and configuration of sweapp with language enu + fra. Files (images, applet, script) are not copied from  Siebsrvr/webmaster not copied into Sweapp/public/enu.
I expect files are copied after restart gateway and server. but not. 

Anybody can explain how force deployment of webmaster file from webmaster directory into sweapp/public/LANG directory.
