I support a 12.1.3 environment running on Linux x86_64 and to date have just been applying a few patches at a time as requested by our appsdba or SME's that are finding issues and support is recommended patches to apply.

I watched a couple of the Training viedoa on Patch Wizard and I am working with a Test instance now to try and get it updated however I have some questions on how best to get there.  I ran a couple of Recommend/Analyze Patches scenarios and the Total # of unapplied patches can be fairly extensive (ie. Recommended pacthes is 521 patches - 439 unapllied and that is not including new code levels).  If I then try and download a large number of patches I seem to be limited to the # I can select at one time.
