Symantec/Veritas OEM and support ends December 31, 2012

 Hello Cluster Users,
This may impact some of you so I wanted to get the words out about this.

Oracle’s support of Symantec (Veritas) products ends December 31, 2012. 
Due to the termination of Oracle's OEM relationship with Symantec, Oracle will not be permitted to provide 
any technical support to customers after December 31, 2012 on any Symantec/Veritas products - Storage Foundation, 
NetBackup and Veritas Cluster Volume Manager.

If you have Veritas/Symantec VxVM or CVM or other components on your cluster you will
have to get support from Symantec for those products. We will certainly continue support
Solaris, Solaris Cluster, your platform hardware etc, etc you have support contract for.
