Question on patch 10073417 in note 1504787.1

Hi,
Apps 12.1.3

When we try to run the  Concurrent Program "Journals - Day Book" , it iis completing with error. And attached is the log file. When I looked in the metalink under the note 1504787.1, the solution is as below:
Apply 10073417:R12.GL.A to get file version GLWACCTR.rdf 120.6.12000000.6
Apply 10073417:R12.GL.B. to get file version GLWACCTR.rdf 120.15.12010000.6

Could you please confirm if it is required to apply both the patches?
