Spell Check Functionality for Text Fields

Has anyone been able to add a button and associated functionality that will allow a user to spell check a text field?  We have a custom object for Call Reports and sales reps use a text field to document their visit.  One of the compalints I hear most frequently is that there is no spell check.  So users type their call reports in Word, spell check, and then copy and past into the text field in CRM.  We want the call report information in a text field to we can use it in a report in CRM that we can
