What is the significance of "NEP_DRIVER_IDLE_TIMEOUT" in SARM

We saw lots of messages below in SARM diagnostic file:
SARM's NEP driver message [10] is 'NEP_DRIVER_IDLE_TIMEOUT'

Can you please let me know about the significance of "NEP_DRIVER_IDLE_TIMEOUT" . what is it's default value ? And how this value can be modified for application?
