EAM responsibility: Data Group Application Name

Hi,
Currently (by the implementers) all the EAM responsibilities are setup with the Data Group application as 'Manufacturing', I was creating few similar responsibilites with customized menus and wondering if I should choose 'Enterprise Asset Management' as the application for it rather than Manufacturing, what could be the implications of this? Thanks!

Navigation: System Administrator > Responsibilities > Creating New responsibilities (like MSU, etc).
