How to transfer Bought-out Packing boxes from source Org inventory to destination org inv along with

Hi

We have a requirement to tranfser bought-out packing boxes inventory items from source Inventory organization to destination inventory organization without including these items in the Sales Order (ISO) but along with the shipment against this ISO.

Also, IOT cannot be used as many instances of items getting lost during Transit and difficult to reconsile later on.

An early reply will surely help
