Sourcing Supplier Licensing Regarding

Hi,

We have license for Sourcing, Sourcing Supplier and iSupplier. And we have arround 1000 suppliers who are going to participate in quotation/negotiations in on-line or in off-line (surrogate quote). To create quotation in sourcing module, the supplier must be a registered supplier. While creating supplier as a register supplier, system will create supplier user automatically. I want to know, Is this supplier user also will comes under license count? (we have arround 1000 suppliers)
