Sequence Number Generation

 Hi,
i have a requirement where while creating a quote the Quote Name should have a Combination of a Sequence Number + Year.

For Example i created a Quote Now it Should have the Name as 00000000012012.
Next Quote Which i create should have the Name 00000000022012, then 00000000032012 then 00000000042012 and so on.

It should be a combination of 10 digit Seq Number + Year(YYYY).

Can anyone help me on this.
