We want the amended PO revision number to be displayed on Approval Workflow.

Hi,

Our buyer's want that the PO Approval workflow should display the revision number on it. As it will help the approver to understand that the PO is amended.

If any other way to understand that the PO is amended on PO approval workflow it will also help.
