Ran Interface Trip Stop - SRS got the error "Invalid distribution account segments" after upgrade, we tried to apply patch " Patch 9040186 ", but we got the error :

This patch is compatible with: entity 'inv' - codeline 'R12.INV.A'.
Your current on-site codeline for the entity 'inv' is: 'R12.INV.B'.

Now I'm confused , anyone meet the similar issue on this?
