Customize workflow for sales order

Hai expert,

My requirements is once sales order is enter,i will choose the my customize workflow.The notification send to approver through mail.he will approve mail.send to oracle apps. i setup all things related with inbound  and outbound mail,notification mail running normal,i receive mail through one common gmail accounts.

what my problem i'm able to send mail to approver.but after approver approve mail(outside of apps).That is not reflect in common gmail  address and also not received in oracle apps.

related with all listener are running normally.

what is reason it is not receiving mail.
