Mass creation of items in R12

Dear All,We have a situation where there are 400 items to be created in the system. Creating one by one is time consuming considering that we need to do stock adjustment of these items in the days ahead. Is there a way we can create all these items at a go. That is, can we do a mass creation of these items on the system without having to create them one by one?
