The following patch is now available for download from My Oracle Support at R12.1 branch code line:

Sickness Earnings Adjustment Should Be Calculated Same As Sickness Changes
Release 12.1 Branch     : 15879132:R12.PAY.B
 
This patch contains the fix for following issues:
 
Bug 14843887: NORWAY: Sickness earnings adjustment should be calculated same as sickness
Bug 15879132 - NORWAY-Half tax calculation
 
Please refer to the Readme for details.
 
Remember also that the prerequisite patch level on R12.1 Branch for support on these patch is R12.1 HRMS RUP4.
