Profile Attribute

Hi,

I believe Profile Attribute are stored in memory and accessable at any point in session.

1. How and where are they stored in memory ?

2. If I need to find out all the active profile attributes at any point of time and their memory consumption, is there any existing script to do so ?

3. Is there any property at Server/Component level which can be switched on/off to log all details of only Profile Attributes ?

Any inputs will be helpful
