RECEIPT DATES

Hi.

I have the following issue. Users are entering receipt in AR with receipt date a future day in a future month wich has not daily exchange rate. When i try to transfer information from AR to GL i get the error 95333 - A conversion rate does not exist to convert COP to USD for the conversion type and i have not been able to close current period. What could i do for avoiding users dont enter receipt with future date???
