disk is only visible from one node

hello all
recently storage people have configured a disk for a rac 2 node configuration
theoretically i can label the new disk from any of the nodes.
i did it from node1
when i check from node1asm, recently labeled new disk appears (in 'provisioned' header state)
weird thing is that in node2 asm, disk do not appears
checking at os level, both nodes shows the new disk.

any help'll be appreciated
