Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Please could you find the attahment.As per the attachment i have 2 queries i would like to ask

Screen shot 1:Why i am getting count(5) value 8 ?

Screen shot 2:why i am not getting any records when i am use where condition rownum=5

Please could you share me your answers.
