Copy Item routing from multiple item routings

Hi,

Is it possible to copy item routing from multiple item routings?

Business need below functionality

1.      Copy multiple routings to the Item and then select which operations are to be retained.

a.      Recommended process/navigation.

                                                            i.      Call up the new item

                                                          ii.      Tools>Copy Routing #1

1.      Bring in Operations and Resources

2.      Delete unwanted Operations

                                                        iii.      Do Not Save

                                                        iv.      Tools>Copy Routing #2

1.      Bring in Operations and Resources

2.      Delete unwanted Operations

3.      Re-number Operation sequences

                                                          v.      Allow this to happen multiple times until the Routing is saved.

Please let me know if it is possible or not?
