Dream Writer, FASTR and STAR Form IDs need to exist in SVR before Report Writer Form Security can be

When creating records for Dream Writer, FASTR or STAR non-standard Form IDs in Report Writer Form Security (G9401 option 19 - V9425), a record for the Form ID must exist in Software Versions Repository (SVR). Error 330A will appear if a corresponding record does not exist in SVR for the Form ID. Note that this is not an issue when adding security records for World Writer Query Groups.
