Changes to a Message not taking effect

Hello,
I have made changes to FND_OAHOMEPAGE_USER_INFO message which is used on the homepage for the "Logged In As" wording. But nothing has changed, can someone give me the steps I need to follow to get this change visable? I have run the Generate Messages concurrent program it didn't help.
