Contract Delivrables not displayed in 12.1.3

Has anyone experienced this issue where the Contract Deliverables are not displayed on the Delivarbles section of a contract, however if you click on the
View Deliverable Status button, you can see all of the existing deliverables?

I have looked at Note 1434216.1 and it refers to 11i. 

Can anyone offer a suggestion?
