When printing BI Publisher Report directly from concurrent program output is incorrect

We have a custom report that was created using BI Publisher.  When I view the output in the template preview all is good.  When I run the concurrent program and then select View Output the PDF looks great.

HOWEVER, when I submit this request and assign it to print directly to a printer the output is off.  It is almost like the margins need to be adjusted somewhere but I can not figure out where.  Is this a PASTA setting?

I hate to monkey around with that too much as those drivers also configure our checks.

Any guidance is appreciated.
