ARM- What process do you have in place to handle new account in ARM?
Currently, we don't have a "dynamic" way of managing new accounts in ARM (our profile is make up of Account-Entity). When a new account is added, we manually add that to ERPI mappings and ARM. We also need to reach out to the respective accounting team to figure out all the parameters (preparer, approver, due date, etc.) in order to create the profile in ARM. This is very manual and not effective. We are planning to turn on auto reconciliation for some of the profiles but that won't address majority of the profiles.
