How to add the bug into Bug Summary section under Dashboard?

Hi,
One of my customers tried to search bug information and add the bug number into Bug Summary section under Dashboard, but he is not able to see any bug information under Bug Summary section. I tried the same and didn't see it either. Does anyone know how to add the bug into Bug Summary section under Dashboard? Thank you in advance!!
