Cannot Select Product for a Usage Line on a Service Contract
Problem Description---------------------------------------------------
When using Service Contracts and usage items the Installed Base records do not show in LOV. The issue is very similar to the following note - Cannot Select Product for a Usage Line on a Service Contract [ID 171496.1]
I have tried setting up new usage items and traceable items 7 times with no luck. In addition, I do have an open SR with Oracle. Any help would really be appreciated. Maybe a Query that I can run to make sure the counters/groups are set correctly.
