PO Receipt

Hello,
I created a purchase req via iProcurement and turned it into an approved purchase order. However, when I search for the expected receipts in iProcurement it does not show up. It also does not display in the Requisitions to Receive region of the Receipts page in iProcurement. Any ideas on why this is happening?
