Getting a blank ARM screen

All of a sudden, i am only seeing a blank ARM screen when logging in.  This is not an universal but an user specific issue.  According to Oracle, this is a known bug that iwll be fixed in the next patchset.   A SQL script needs to be run to reset the setting for the user...i am still testing that but wanted to let the community know in case others also run into this.
