A question about Oracle license for E1 HCM

Hi there,

We are implemening latest version of E1 HCM foucsing on HR Foundation and Payroll without using Sel-service and eRecruit. We have 70+ employees on the payroll at this moment. The licenses we bought from Oracle looks like below:

I am not sure how Oracle license policy works. Base on our current situaton, will the system only allow up to 45 emplolyees to payroll processed no matter how many Payroll IDs(pay cycles) you set up and how many employees are included in each of them? Or it might work this way: it does not allow over 45 employees to be included in one single Payroll ID and run through the pay cycle, but it allows mutliple payroll IDs to be set up with not more than 45 employees included in each and all the Pay IDs can be run
