Error VAT recognition report R76M940

Problem Description

When i run the report R76M940 it finished with error, it doesn´t create the Batch G for the VAT recognition, i already have the AAI´s PI and PG/PL configurated, actually when i run the payment the VAT redistribution if working fine, which means  that the AAI´s PI and PT are working, when i run the report R76M940 the work center sends an error, attached below, and the report shows Error Payment Line in the VAT recognition section.

I already have the tax zone IV16 for Mexico on the F4008 and the AAi´s PI and PG/PL configured. but the work center says that i have to error in AAi´s and the F4008.
