SPARC T4-2 "start /SYS" Fails

All,
Just patched the O/S on a T4-2.  After "init 6" the system just hung there.  Waited over 30mins before powering off/on the system.  After power on I am unable to get "start /SYS" to start the system using CLI or GUI.

This my first T4 so any helpful pointers would be most welcome.  Many thanks!!
