Issue with merged patch for 14056800, 13640142, 13979208, 14517412 patches

 Hi,
Apps 12.1.3

Merged, and applied 14056800, 13640142, 13979208, 14517412 patches, but the users complained - they were unable to see new reports delivered by the patch.

As a solution, I applied patches 1 by 1. Issue solved, users did not reported any problem around the patch delivered functionality.

Have you seen this error/problem before with these patches?
