Substitute component not populate in WJDI, but display in Material requirement of job

Hi experts:

In 12.13.

Release work order from ASCP workbench. Run select * from wip_job_dtls_interface , the substitute component and primary component not exist in this table.

Go to WIP>Job/ schedule details>Material requirement , query the job released from ASCP, found the substitute component exist.

Is this correct? Why the substitute not exist in WJDI?

Refer to Bug 10085441: WIP MASS LOAD NOT USING SUBSTITUTE ITEMS AS REQUIRED FROM ASCP

When a work is released within the daily buckets window & contains substitutes is inserting data into the WIP_JOB_DTLS_INTERFACE table, the substitute component should be populated in WJDI.
