Transaction Type is not coming

Hi all, yesterday i have done the corresponding setups on one of our client where i have assign the roles and grants to mine own user and then i have created the corresponding approver group, actin type and condition under rule with an attribute ........

2day i am at our another client and here i have assign roles with mine user and also grants also be setted to me ... but here when i am calling the transaction type under the Approval Management Businees Analyst responsibility so the trasaction type is not coming i have tried no. of time but no data is cming in the transacton type and i have to select the Purhcase Requisition Transaction type but it is not coming dont know why ???
