RAC node crashed due to High CPU usage of ONS process

Hi,

One node of our RAC database was showing high CPU utilisation against the ons process. Eventually the instance crashed. DB version is 10.2.0.3.0. Below are the ons log entries. Could some one throw some light into the reasons and provide solution for fixing this issue?
