Scheduling a report to run monthly

Hello,

can anyone help give guidance on how to schedule a report to run (and save in a folder, or alternatively deliver to an email address in csv) on a monthly basis on the last day of the month?  We want to run monthly opportunity revenue numbers, and keep it, so we can compare annual month on month pipeline trends.  Manually running it each month is obviously not a desirable solution.
