Expense Items on Sales order

Hi

We have 2 order lines for expense item (non inventorized) on an order board, we dont want it to get invoiced as currently it is in status " awaiting invoice interface".

Also these 2 lines are on hold but when if we are going to remove holds, it will get invoiced.

Please suggest!!
