paupg103.sql in patch 3485155 is runnign for very long time.

Hi team,
We started applying a patch 3485155 , and for the last 3hrs it got stuck up with this particular sql running.. paupg103.sql (the sql is getting processed no issues with sql, or no abnormal wait events apart from db file sequentila read).

And all other workers are waiting this script to get complete.

Can anyone please suggested what can be done for the workaround to complete this script ?

or please confirm if we can skip this script now at this patch, and the later patch (5644830) have the same scrip to higher verision?

If we skip what will be the impact ?
