When we are trying to access CO Application url we are getting Error 404 not found

Hi Team,

we are getting "Error 404 not found" when trying to access the CO App url.

When we checked in Admin Console under deployments the central office is in failed state, Issue still persists even after bouncing the Wls and redeploying the ear file and we are getting following error in CO log file.

Check the directory and make sure no other application using this directory. This will result in inappropriate results when this server gets partitioned and trying to deploy this application..
