Recently created account time frame

Hello my name is roberto, and I'm currently that new IT person for the company, my question is that I'm trying to export the account data sheet, so i went to account, managed list, and chose the recently created account. My question is what is the date/time frame that siebel chooses to send you the updated account list? I'm unable to edit since it says system, but it seems to be ok but just want to know the time frame?
