Oracle Learning Management - Archiving of Training Catalog Items (Classes)

Hi,

    Can anyone tell me if it is possible to archive (remove from view) Training Catalog Objects such as Classes from the Training Catalogue in Oracle Learning Management. We are a very large organisation with a high volume of Classes and this makes navigation through the catalog time consuming. I have not been able to find any functionality which enables us to do this. Any thoughts wlecomed.
