We are happy to announce the New Accrual Reconciliation Diagnostic & Troubleshooting Guide provided in Doc ID 1478292.1 http://support.oracle.com/rs?type=doc&id=1478292.1  The Accrual Diagnostics script is designed to run when there is a reconciliation issue between subledger and GL and provides a user friendly report .  It was created to allow customers to run a single script to retrieve all data from various tables instead of having to run individual scripts.  The note guides you through downloading and running the  script, an example of the user friendly report output and examples and steps for troubleshooting.
