Not possible to disable attachment categories for iProcurement

Hello,

I've tried to disable attachment categories for iProcurement

Application Developer > Attachments > Attachment Functions

Name: ICX_REQS

I have disables the categories and restarted the Application Server, but attachment categories are still visible in iProcurement.

Can somebody help?
