Changing Default names when importing dataset from OBIEE

Hello All,

We have a BI Publisher integrated with OBIEE and we are on version 11.1.1.6.2 BP1. We are using OBIEE analysis for source of BI Publisher reports.

When I  create new data set based on existing OBIEE analysis, the newly created data set gets default names for columns & its alias e.g. column1,column2,column3,column4,column5...etc. It’s very painful to edit each column and give them relevant name( while in OBIEE analysis correct names already exist) and life gets miserable if you add new column to OBIEE analysis as you have to start all over again.

I am wondering is there any way I can change this default behaviour and BI Publisher gets exact name which are given in OBIEE. I have done all possible changes in OBIEE but columns names are not flowing through. Any pointer in this direction would be great help.

Howdy, Stranger!
