OTL: Current/Future Timecard Period Popup ?

Hi All,

In R12.1.3 Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), our users sometimes accidently submit timecard in future period rather than the current period.  Is there any way we can pop a message warning them that they are not entering hours in the current billing period ?
